Best Round Ever

Your round filmed by pros.

BRE sends a professional film crew to your special-event round: bachelor party, annual buddies trip, corporate outing, a round with dad. We deliver a film of the whole day, with shot tracers, commentary that calls your group by name, every carry and every story worth telling. You book it like a tee time. We handle the rest.

How it works

Play your round. We’ll handle the rest.

1

Book your round

Pick your date, package, and style. Before the round, a short questionnaire tells us who’s playing, what the occasion is, and the moments or rivalries we should keep the cameras on.

2

We film everything

A dedicated BRE crew follows your group for all 18, from the trash talk to the quiet moments, capturing every swing without ever slowing your pace of play.

3

Get the film

You get shot tracers, commentary, and two cuts: the full film of your round, plus a short cutdown built for posting.

The Legacy Round

Some rounds you keep forever.

Not every round is a party. Some are a father and a son who’ve played the same nine holes for thirty years. A grandmother teaching a grip. Three generations on one tee box.

You don’t always know which round will turn out to be the one that mattered. BRE films it like it is.

The best time to film a round with your dad was twenty years ago. The second best time is Saturday.

Our story

My dad taught me the game. He’s gone now, and I’d give anything to watch one of our rounds together, any of them. There’s no camera crew in the world that can get me that footage back. So we built the company I wish had existed.

Michael Ramey · Founder

1

Every round is a highlight reel.

Not because the golf is good. Because the people are there.

2

The cameras work for the round.

No staging, no re-dos, no slowing your pace of play. If the film changes how the day feels, we’ve failed.

3

The film outlasts the score.

Nobody remembers what they shot in 2019. Everybody remembers who they played with.

The team behind BRE are avid golfers and award-winning filmmakers with 15+ years in production, from YouTube and branded content to television and film. Our shooters move ahead of your group and stay out of your eyeline. The commentary is recorded after the round by professionals working from your group’s real names, real rivalries, and real shots.

Legacy

For twosomes — the rounds that matter

from $1,250

  • Dedicated shooter for your pair
  • Shot tracers on your best swings
  • Keepsake film
  • Giftable when booking opens
More about Legacy

One shooter, one pair of players, and a round that matters more than the scorecard. The Legacy crew is trained to be invisible: no direction, no “say that again,” no lights. Just the round as it happened.

The day: your shooter meets you at the bag drop, walks the round a few paces back, and leaves you at the 18th green. Most players say they forgot the camera by the 3rd hole.

Signature

For foursomes — bachelor parties & trips

from $2,500 / group of 4

  • Full BRE crew covering all four players
  • Commentary that calls the match by name
  • Aerial course footage
  • Fast-cut match film, big-game energy
  • Social cutdown for the group chat
More about Signature

This is the one the group chat deserves. A full crew covers all four players, and the film comes back cut like a broadcast: rivalries named, carries measured, collapses honored.

The day: crew brief before the first tee (who’s who, what’s the grudge), full coverage for 18, and a wrap interview on the patio if the group has anything left to say.

Quintessential

from $7,500

  • Expanded multi-camera crew
  • Premium celebrity-voiced commentary
  • White-glove production day
  • Full event film + highlight package
More about Quintessential

When the round IS the event. Multiple cameras, a producer on site, and a finished film your company will actually watch more than once.

The day: we scout the course in advance, coordinate with the club, and run the day so nobody from your team has to think about cameras.

Questions

Before you ask.

When does BRE launch?

Late 2027, in one city first, and waitlist votes help decide which one. Waitlist members in the launch city get booking access before anyone else.

How much does Best Round Ever cost?

Legacy rounds for twosomes start from $1,250. Signature packages for foursomes start from $2,500 per group of four. Quintessential corporate productions start from $7,500. Prices shown are planned starting points and may change before launch. Final pricing is confirmed when your city opens for booking.

What is included in a BRE golf film?

Every package delivers two cuts: your full film for the big screen at home, and a social cutdown built for posting. You also get shot tracers on your best swings and commentary recorded after the round using your group's real names, rivalries, and shots. Most packages add aerial course footage.

What are the two filming styles?

Every BRE round is shot one of two ways. Cinematic is the polished, film-style shoot: steady cameras, unhurried, built for the serious round or the sentimental one. Run and gun is handheld and fast: the games, the reactions, the trash talk, built for a group out to have fun. Not sure which fits? Tell us the occasion and we'll help you pick.

Which style should I pick?

Go by the day, not your handicap. A buddies trip or a bachelor party usually wants run and gun. A round with your dad, a milestone, or a low-key twosome usually wants cinematic. Some groups mix both, and we talk it through before we ever roll a camera.

Will a film crew slow down our round?

No. BRE crews are built and trained around pace of play: they move ahead of you, not behind you. Your foursome plays at its normal speed; the cameras do the work.

Does the course have to sign off on this?

Yes, and that's our problem, not yours. BRE coordinates with your club before the round: filming permissions, drone clearance where your package includes aerial footage, and where the crew meets you at the bag drop. You book the tee time. We handle the paperwork.

Do I have to play well for this to be worth it?

No. Worth it depends on the occasion and the people on the tee, not how you play. Both filming styles deliver whether the golf is good or not.

Can we post the footage?

Every package includes a social cutdown built for exactly that. Post it everywhere, tag us, make the group chat jealous. The full film is different: that one's your private keepsake, delivered for the big screen at home, not the feed. Ask about our display add-on, your film on a looping frame for the man cave.

How is BRE different from filming with a phone?

A phone clip is a clip. BRE sends trained filmmakers who move ahead of your group without slowing pace of play, then delivers shot tracers, named commentary, aerial footage where your package includes it, and a full film with two cuts. The DIY Round, where you film with BRE gear and we handle the edit, comes after launch. Waitlist members hear first.

What if the weather turns or someone plays terribly?

Rain dates are free to reschedule. And bad golf makes a great film. Some of the best moments BRE will ever capture are shanks with good commentary.
