- Manager — Runs a launch city: bookings, crews, courses, and the client day.
- Head of Production — Owns the shoot day: crew call, coverage plan, and every carry on camera.
- Head of Post — Owns the edit pipeline: from cards in to a finished film the group replays.
- Camera Operator — Films rounds: long-lens ball flight, reaction moments, walking coverage.
- Editor — Cuts round films: tracers, name graphics, commentary sync, story beats.
Location is the load-bearing detail: crews are launch-city dependent, so where you are matters as much as what you do.
